We are able to offer schools and colleges development programmes and structured courses for students who are both Struggling and those that are Gifted and Talented.

 

We are determined to aid and support schools in achieving positive outcomes – both for their institution and for the learner. We aim to help failing schools achieve their full potential by tackling the root cause for low academic records – identifying and working with learners on an individual basis to help them and their teachers understand their specific educational needs.

 

Potential NEET/Underperforming students

 

The new Foundation Learning suite of Flexible programmes for young people age 14-19 between Entry Level and level 1 qualifications allow us to offer positive progression paths to those that are struggling to conform to standard education. These are ideal courses for those who require alternative learning catalysts to allow them to reach their full potential – through both formal qualifications and towards employment and independent living.

 

We are also able to offer excellent development opportunities to post 16 learners through our Entry to Employment courses.

 

Personalised learning programmes (known as ILP’s) are developed for each learner based on their entry point and intended destination. The ILP will integrate vocational learning, personal and social development and functional skills.
