Our leadership programme is designed to prepare young people for the working world, with a particular focus on the outdoor and leisure industries. Learners will work towards Level 1 Progression Diploma, Functional Skills and Sports Leaders Award.
The course is suited to anyone looking to develop their personal and social skills who is not adverse to an outdoor environment and enjoys an active lifestyle. It is ideal for anyone who found learning within a classroom a challenge.

- You should not have achieved more than 4 A-C grades at GCSE or hold any Level 2 - vocational qualifications (NVQ’s).
